Anoter update

Today I found out that Haley was career changed.  I am a bit sad that she didn't make it with PAWS.  But the good news is she was accepted for training at Leader Dogs for the Blind.  I will have to wait for more updates.  More news later.

Another update

Haley has definitely upped her confidence and loves to retrieve.  She is a sweet and usually compliant girl.  They are a bit concerned of her barking at things.  She is very playful and happy at the training center.

Update on Haley

Today I received my first update on Haley.  She at first was a bit uncomfortable in the kennels.  She also had some trouble with being a little sensitive to sound and visual distractions but they are watching for changes to that.  Haley is easy to praise with petting and is nicely responsive to the leash.  Overall they think she is a sweet little girl but needs a boost in her confidence.

Update on "H" Litter

Harbor was career changed late in 2012 and was adopted by his puppy raiser. 
Happy was career changed in early 2013 and was adopted by his puppy raiser.
Henley did not pass her temperament test when she went to HQ and was adopted from the program by a nice family.  And sad news just heard Horton also was career changed from PAWS but was accepted in the Arson Detection Program.  Good luck to all the "H" puppies and hope you are thriving well.

Temperment Test

Haley passed her temperament test today and will start her training tomorrow.  It was also said that she showed a natural response to sounds so maybe a Hearing Dog Training will be her future?  you go girl we are so proud!

Last class

Today is the last day of training class for me and my sister Henley.  On April 1st we will go to doggie college in Grand Rapids to continue our training.

Happy Birthday Juno

Today we celebrated my sister juno's 3rd birthday.  Mom even bought us some doggy cakes to eat. And yes we had to wear the birthday hats too!
